Peripheral Vascular Disease
Claudication:
cramping muscle pain or weakness produced by walking and relieved promptly by rest.
Rest pain:
more sinister sign of CLI than night pain as gravity no longer improves symptoms of limb ischemia.
Night pain:
pain in the toes at night while pt is supine.
