Resectable primary with mets - two stage primary then mets vs. One stage primary and mets
Lap tips
Anchor ports to prevent rapid desufflation.
No touch technique.
Extraction site wound protector.
Make extraction site big enough to get tumor out.
? Rinse abdomen, instruments and wound with 1:9 betadine?
