Platinum based compound used in almost every class of solid tumor.
- Thought to intercalate with DNA and disrupt replication

- Dose limiting toxicity is Nephrotoxicity
- After cumulative doses painful Neuropathy may also be dose limiting
- Chronic use can result in ototoxicity
