Aka: Gleevec

Tyrosine Kinase used for metastatic and recurrent GIST.  Was developed for CML.
- inhibits tyr kinase receptors c-kit

No real dose-limiting toxicities:
- hepatotoxicity occurs but just need to follow LFTs
- mild SE like fluid retention, N&V, diarrhea
